The Macomb Area Computer Enforcement team (M.A.C.E.) on Monday, (11-19-07 )
arrested a 61 year-old male from Southfield, Michigan and charged him with
Child Sexually Abusive Activity and Using A Computer In The Commission of a
Crime. The suspect is identified as Gunasekaran, Venugopalan.
Macomb County Sheriff Mark A. Hackel reports a M.A.C.E. undercover officer
was on the Internet portraying himself as a 14-year-old girl. While he
was on line in an Internet chat room, the suspect initiated an on line chat
with him. During the course of chat, the suspect wanted to meet with who he
believed was a 14-year-old girl for the purpose of having oral sex and
intercourse.
The suspect was charged with 10 Felony charges (5) Counts of Child
Sexually Abusive Activity, (5) Counts of Use of a Computer Communicating
with another to commit a Crime/Felony.
The suspect was arraigned Tuesday in the 41-B District Court of Clinton
Township. Bond was set at $ 150.000.00 cash surety.

On Line Sexual Predator From
Northville Arrested by M.A.C.E.Macomb County
Sheriff Mark A. Hackel reports that on Thursday,
11-01-07 officers from the Macomb Area Computer
Enforcement team (M.A.C.E.) arrested a 36 year-old male
from Northville, MI and charged him with Child Sexually
Abusive Activity and Using A Computer In The Commission of a
Crime. The suspect is identified as Dennis William
Delaney.
The suspect was charged with seven Felony charges 3
Counts of Child Sexually Abusive Activity, 4 Counts of Use
of a Computer Communicating with another to commit a
Crime/Felony.
The suspect was arraigned 11-2-07 in the
41-B District Court of Clinton Township.
Bond was set at $ 100,000 cash surety.

On Line Sexual Predator From
Flint Arrested by M.A.C.E.
Deputies from the Macomb Area Computer Enforcement team (M.A.C.E.) arrested
a 19 year-old male from
Flint, Michigan on Monday, 9-10-07. The suspect is identified
as Brandon Allen Rosser-York. He is charged with Child Sexually
Abusive Activity and Using a Computer in the Commission of a Crime.
The suspect was charged with five Felony charges (3) Counts of Child
Sexually Abusive Activity, (3) Counts of Use of a Computer
Communicating with Another to Commit a Crime/Felony. This case will be
prosecuted by the Macomb County Prosecutors Internet Crimes Division.
The suspect was arraigned on Tuesday, 9-11-07 in the 41-B District Court of
Clinton Township. Bond was set at $50,000.00 cash/surety.

Marquette Arrested by M.A.C.E. Suspect
travels over 8-hours and 450 miles
The Macomb Area Computer Enforcement team (M.A.C.E.) on Saturday, 6-30-07,
arrested a 37 year-old male from
Marquette, MI and
charged him with Child Sexually Abusive Activity and Using A Computer In The
Commission of a Crime. The suspect is identified as Sen Loh Kian.
The suspect was charged with eight Felony charges (Four) Counts of Child
Sexually Abusive Activity, (Four) Counts of Use of a Computer
Communicating with another to commit a Crime/Felony.
The suspect was arraigned Monday in the 41-B District Court of Clinton
Township. Bond was set at $ 500.000.00 cash surety. |

Arrested by M.A.C.E.
The Macomb Area Computer Enforcement team (M.A.C.E.) arrested a 23 year-old
male from Berkley, Michigan and charged him with Child Sexually Abusive
Activity and Using A Computer In The Commission of a Crime. The suspect is
identified as Jonathan Min-Soo Steele was arrested Tuesday, 6-5-07.
The suspect was charged with five Felony charges (2) Counts of Child
Sexually Abusive Activity, (2) Counts of Use of a Computer Communicating
with another to commit a Crime/Felony, (1) Count of Accosting a Child for
Immoral Purposes.
The suspect was arraigned Wednesday in the 41-B District Court of Clinton
Township. Bond was set at $75,000 cash surety.
A preliminary exam was scheduled for 6-20-07.

year-old male from
St. Clair Shores, Michigan and charged him with Child Sexually Abusive
Activity and Using A Computer In The Commission of aCrime. The suspect
identified as Scott Alan Loftis was arrested Wednesday, 05-30-07.
The suspect was charged with five Felony charges (2) Counts of Child
Sexually Abusive Activity, (2) Counts of Use of a Computer
Communicating with another to commit a Crime/Felony, (1) Count of
Accosting a Child for Immoral Purposes.
The suspect was arraigned Thursday in the 41-B District Court of Clinton
TowTownship. Bond was set at $50,000.00 cash surety.

Immoral Purposes.
The suspect was arraigned Thursday in the 41-B District Court of Clinton

Troy, Mi. Arrested
by M.A.C.E.
Macomb County Sheriff Mark A. Hackel reports that on Friday, 3-9-07 officers
from the Macomb Area Computer Enforcement team (M.A.C.E.) arrested a 47
year-old male from Troy, Michigan and charged him with Child Sexually
Abusive Activity and Using A Computer In The Commission of a Crime. The
suspect is identified as Richard Joseph Krisniski.
The suspect was charged with five Felony charges (1) Counts of Child
Sexually Abusive Activity, (4) Counts of Use of a Computer Communicating
with another to commit a Crime/Felony.
The suspect was given an interim bond on Saturday. Bond was set at
$100,000.00 cash or surety. A formal arraignment was scheduled for
Monday 3-12-07 in the 41-BDistrict Court of Clinton Twp.

officers from the Macomb Area Computer Enforcement team (M.A.C.E.) arrested
a 35 year-old male from Canton, Michigan and charged him with Child Sexually
Abusive Activity and Using A Computer In The Commission of a Crime. The
suspect is identified as Peter Sean Powell.
The suspect was charged with five Felony charges (2) Counts of Child
Sexually Abusive Activity, (2) Counts of Use of a Computer Communicating
with another to commit a Crime/Felony, (1) Count of Accosting a Child for
Immoral Purposes.

Macomb County Sheriff Mark A. Hackel reports that on Tuesday, 1-2-07
officers from the Macomb Area Computer Enforcement team(M.A.C.E.) arrested a
32 year-old male from Rochester Hills, Michigan and charged him with Child
Sexually Abusive Activity and Using A Computer In The Commission of a Crime.
The suspect is identified as Gregory Michael Gallup.

Sexually Abusive Activity, (2) Counts of Use of a Computer Communicating
