UPDATE: The suspect was arraigned at the 41-B District Court of Clinton Township. Bond was set by the Honorable Judge Linda Davis at $750,000.00 cash surety. White Lake Township On Line Sexual Predator Arrested by M.A.C.E. Macomb County Sheriff Mark A. Hackel reports that on Monday, 11-6-06 officers from the Macomb Area Computer Enforcement team (M.A.C.E.) arrested a 20 year-old male from White Lake Township and charged him with Child Sexually Abusive Activity and Using A Computer In The Commission of a Crime. The suspect is identified as Justin Ryan Jones. The suspect was charged with five Felony charges (2) Counts of Child Sexually Abusive Activity, (2) Counts of Use of a Computer Communicating with another to commit a Crime/Felony, (1) Count of Accosting a Child for Immoral Purposes. The suspect was given an interim bond of $50,000 C/S. Arraignment is scheduled for Wednesday 11-8-06 at 1:30 PM in the 41-B District Court of Clinton Township. |

Hackel reports that on Tuesday, 7-25-06 officers from the Macomb Area Computer Enforcement team (M.A.C.E.) arrested a 21 year-old male from Grand Blanc and charged him with Child Sexually Abusive Activity and Using A Computer In The Commission of a Crime. The suspect is identified as Daniel King. The suspect was charged with five Felony charges (2) Counts of Child Sexually Abusive Activity, (2) Counts of Use of a Computer Communicating with another to commit a Crime/Felony, (1) Count of Accosting a Child for Immoral Purposes. The suspect was arraigned Wednesday ( 07-26-06 ) in the 41-B District Court of Clinton Township. Bond was set at $10,000.00 cash/surety 10%. |
